I also had a Quantum Healing treatment. One of the questions she asked me was about my fears. I told her I was afraid of heights. During the session she found out from Spirit, that in a previous life, I was climbing Mt. Everest. As we neared the top, I got hurt and the group I was climbing with, had to transport me back down to the base, strapped to a sled. On the way, they lost their grip on the sled and I fell to my death. I smiled politely, thinking, yeah right.
Later, as I was driving home, a memory of sled riding with my father came back to me. I was about 3 or 4 and excited about going, until the moment my father gave the sled a push and I stared at the bottom, horrified. Fear gripped me all the way down, I as tried to fight the “fall”. When I reached the bottom safely, I was fine. It was always that first time going down the hill that terrified me. To this day, I don’t ride roller coasters. ~ Elaine

***I have known Phyllis for over 3 years now, but have not been "lead" to take her Reiki classes until very recently. Phyllis is an extremely knowlegeable, gifted and intuitive healer and teacher. Thank for for offering your wonderful gemstone mandalas! I purchased four of the mini-mandalas recently (one for each of my children), allowing them to choose the individual design that spoke the most to them. They were thrilled to make their selections and have slept with the mandalas close to their pillows for every night since. After the first few nights, they all said that they had rested better, had more positive dreams, and had risen in the morning feeling more rejuvenated than they had prior to having the mandalas at their sides. With our busy lifestyle and all of their extracurricular activities, a good night's sleep is MOST welcomed in our home!
